InnerBeing Counseling was created from a simple truth: you can be high-performing, successful, and still feel disconnected from yourself.
Founded by Tiara Bostock, MSW, LSW, InnerBeing exists at the intersection of mental health, culture, and systems change. What began as a therapy practice has grown into a multidimensional space for healing, education, and transformation—serving individuals, organizations, and communities.
At InnerBeing, we recognize that emotional numbness, burnout, and disconnection are not just individual experiences—they are often the result of systems that reward overextension and silence vulnerability.
Our work centers:
Trauma-informed care rooted in lived experience
Culturally responsive healing, especially for Black women and marginalized communities
Bridging individual wellness with organizational accountability
Creating spaces where people can feel again—without guilt or shame
Whether through therapy, workshops, or consulting, InnerBeing is committed to helping people move from survival mode to intentional living.
